Transitional Housing

Transitional Housing is part of the Continuum of care component, helping establish a seamless system of treatment. Living Waters wants to ensure that those clients who are in need of housing can receive the specialized services they need to return to stable and productive lives. Ensuring a collaboration between service providers in the referrals of individuals and family through the continuum of care process, making certain that a broad array of services including independent living, job placement, case management and other supportive services are accessible to clients and families.
